what i did

  • I designed and created different learning center activities which targets their reading, writing and oral development for Kindergarten 2 children with a group for an assignment in our Language & Literacy module 

  • I produced 2 out if 3 of the different activities " Build your own food!" and "Recipe making" by drawing the different food components and creating the worksheet

  • I designed and drew the floor plan and the 2 wall space 

WHAT I LEARNED

  • Importance of selecting proper fonts for children to make sure that it is easily readable 

  • Creating interesting and fun materials that will help motivate them to learn 

  • Importance of planning a space for optimised learning, ensuring that reading corners are apart from the oral corner 

  • The learning goals of Kindergarten 2 and what they can achieve
